From May 19 to May 22, 2025 teaching staff members (K.S. Dosaliev, PhD, Head of Department of Civil Engineering and S. Shalkar, doctoral student) of Auezov University (Kazakhstan) completed their internship at Belarusian State Technological University. The internship, which was done within the framework of cooperation agreement between BSTU and Auezov University, aimed at learning best practices in the field of road construction, getting familiar with laboratory facilities and equipment and adopting up-to-date teaching practices.

The Kazakh partners studied the teaching aids and study books used by the Department of Logging Machinery, Forest Roads and Timber Production Technology, the techniques applied to solving industry tasks, in particular, research developments to test geosynthetic road structure under wheel load in the test bed of the ground canal of the Department.

The delegation also visited the Museum of BSTU History and the Exhibition of Research Developments.? ?????
